It was Another Peacefull day in Sylvia everything seemed to be going well. The Streets where busy and bustleing for once it didnt happen much due to the Monstor attacks but it was a good sign when it did happen. The Birds where Chirping and singing as well as birds could sing Animals where up and around The Sun was Shineing along with the waves by the beach as calm as could be. Suddenly a clanking of Armor could be heard as a Man was slowly approaching the entrance of Sylvia with his hand on the gate panting in pain or exaustion.
"Made it back finaly..." The Man Mutered as he squinted but slowly started walking forward. The mans Name was Vandesclda Musto Fende or Better know as Van Grants Or Comondot of the Hunters he had been missing for sometime taking care of some monstors that had invaded his and tears homestown. During that time he had been biten by one of the monstor who had posioned him apparently the Cure was here but man it was hard to move with it inside him that was for sure. Van sighed taking a step forward before falling to one of his knees.
"D Danm it!" Van cursed barly being able to move man this was bad this posion had hurt him even more than he thought he thought. Van knew it had hurt him bad but danm this was not good luckily he picked something up that put it away stoping the pain for a bit but looks like it was starting to wear off this was just freakin great Using the Strength he had left he Pulled himself up from the ground and leaned against the Entrance door with a sigh. Man this was not the way he wanted to return home at all.
"I got to get back to the Hunters" Van Mutered to himself knowing he could only stay like this for so long. sighing he tried to get up off the gate pushing himself up but to no avail. "Danm it" He cursed with a sigh as he was barley able to move due to this posion in him just freakin great if this day got any worse Van would not know what he was going to do. sighing he just shook his head trying to lift his arm up so he could maybe push himself up off the gate.

A soft sigh escaped the mouth of a young woman. She had been emitting these soft exhales for awhile today, a sound that was an odd mix between being wistful and restless. Not that it was a bad day – far from it. So far there had been no monsters sightings or attacks and the people of Sylvia were making sure to take advantage of this rare opportunity. Many preferred to simply mingle within the streets and markets, but others had decided to push the boundaries of their safe haven and linger by the edge of the city. Of course, regardless of how safe everyone thought it appeared to be, there was always a chance of something eventually rearing it's head... Thus some members of the Hunter's guild had been stationed outside as extra pairs of eyes to be look for any signs of trouble.
It wasn't a boring job. Uneventful, and Sheena wouldn't have wished it to be any other way. It was just quiet moments like this that gave her mind time to wander, and when her thoughts wandered they almost always went back onto less than pleasant memories. Frowning, the Summoner rubbed her forehead as she gave another frustrated exhale. Of all the things to think about on a day like this. She was going to lose her mind if this kept up. With a shake of her head the young woman pushed herself away from the wall she had been resting against, figuring a little walking would do her some good.
She had volunteered to do this job for that reason anyway. Well, partially. Sheena did want to make sure Sylvia was safe from monsters, but her main intention of patrolling the outer city walls had been to try and clear her head a little. The hustle and bustle of the city had it's own certain charm and comfort with it's scheduled routine and busy atmosphere, but it didn't offer much for those in search of some relaxation time. Sheena needed fresh air. A chance to escape the superficial chatter and curious stares and try to instill some more confidence within herself. She needed open space and get away from daily pressures – like making sure something was always being done and be ready for the next day, all the while making sure you looked presentable while doing it. It was one of the reasons why she had never been much of a big city person.
With a stretch the young woman made her way towards the cities entrance, coming to a brief pause at the sound of a groan and a muffled curse. Confused, she hurried forward to find the source, only to stop in shock at the sight before her. What the- When had this happened? She hadn't heard any sort commotion throughout the entire day, so why was this guy so beaten up? Not to mention where had he come from? He looked just about ready to keel over.
“Whoah, hey!” The Summoner was instantly at the man's side, eyebrows knitted together in worry. Now that she was closer it was even more obvious he was in no state to be out here. He needed help, and fast. “H-hold on a minute! Don't try pushing this by yourself!” Sheena placed a hand on his shoulder, as if trying to make sure he was still with her. Of all the times to be out of gel's and antidotes.
“Wait a minute, alright? If you push too hard you'll just get hurt yourself even more,” Sheena looked the man over for any signs of fatal wounds, unsure what exactly he was ailing from. She could probably help him move if he was still conscious, but if he passed out... Augh, there was no telling how heavy the man was, and to add the weight of his armor on top of that? It made her back ache at the thought of it. She needed to get him to Opharis Medical, or at least someone who knew some sort of healing magic. Anything would do at this point. Banging her fist against the gate, she shouted up, “Hey, open up! We've got someone wounded here!”
With hope the gate would open within a matter of minutes, but until that happened she had to make sure this guy made it till then. Hand grasping one of his arms, Sheena gave it a tug in an attempt to try and help support him. “We've got to get you to a healer..” She murmured with a small grunt, attempting to maneuver the man's arm across her shoulders. How did she always end up in situations like this?

♠ Tear finished off the last few bites of her salad, getting up to take the now empty plate back to the kitchen. Today had so far been just another day at work, and now that her lunch break was over, it was about time to get started again on her assignments. Morning training had been finished earlier that day, so it would be her patrols of Sylvia that were next on her task list. She needed to go get herself ready and then head out to meet her squad-mates.
♠ Her mind focused on going over the rest of the day's planned events, she barely noticed the banging sound echoing from somewhere down the entry hallway until it kept repeating. As the girl finally blinked and looked up, she thought she could hear a muffled voice shout alongside it. The words were too far away to be made out, but there was no mistaking the sense of urgency carried by the tone and the insistent knocking.
♠ Abandoning the plate on the nearest table she came across, she turned from the hallway leading to the kitchen to the entryway, hurrying outside and to the main gate. What would be going on at this hour? It was still midday, and everything in Sylvia had seemed secure and peaceful from what she'd seen.
♠ When she finally found what awaited her, the General forcing open the heavy doorway, her breath all at once caught in her throat.
♠ "Van?" She breathed, her shock and disbelief showing in her eyes. But there was no mistaking it - it was Vandesdelca, her older brother who'd disappeared without a trace. ...How? Why was here now? With all the disappearances happening lately, she'd feared the worst. But...he was really here. ...Where had he been? Why would he have just vanished? Where would he have gone without telling her and why? But he was still alive.
♠ Her mind was swarming with a mixture of astonishment and questions, but quickly realized that now was not the time for them as the sight of her older brother started to sink in in more detail.
♠ The man looked several injured and in pain, with another woman there helping to support him. It was probably her who'd been calling for help. ...It wasn't time for relief just yet.
♠ She stepped forward towards him without saying anything else, placing one of her hands on his chest as she started muttering a hymn under her breath. A healing spell. She didn't know for sure what was ailing him or whether or not her magic would be strong enough to cure him, but it was worth a try. If nothing else, maybe she could relieve some of his pain or buy him some time, until a proper cure could be found. She had to do something!
It’s the rule that you live by and die for, its the one thing you cannot deny, even though you don’t know what the price is it is justified
