Aside from races and classes, your character will also be placed into another of four categories: The Rebirth, The Hunters, Royalty, or Civilians. Civilians is simply a term to cover characters not involved in an organization. For information on royalty and the organizations, as well as open roles, read below.
The Rebirth
Description: A mysterious, mixed-race group of people who are rumored to be making a home in an old mine in Aurem with unknown motives. Many claim that they are behind the appearance of monsters and the disappearances, but no one knows for sure, or what their purpose is if they are behind these events. Not even the grunts have knowledge about what the group's true purpose is. All they know is that they've been promised survival and a position of power in a 'reborn' world that will soon be created if they can follow the orders of their superiors. They preach this teaching to others, putting on a mask of peace and well-meaning in an attempt to get more members. They claim that they world is filthy and needs to be cleansed in order to survive. They also claim that the monsters and vanishings are a divine punishment for the mortal races trying to become too powerful and advance magic and technology too far. While many are suspicious of them, many others believe at least some of their words, instead believing that they will be their salvation from the world's current situation. They are slowly rising as a political power.
Available Positions:
♦ Generals: Sync, Hans Wolfe, four slots open
♦ Grunts: unlimited slots open[/ul]Eligible Characters: Technically, this is the antagonist organization. Any OC can have a slot. Canon-wise, while the organization was meant to fit characters more like villains and anti-heroes, any of them can have a spot as well, as long it's reasonable.
The Hunters
Description: Warriors, Mages, and brave adventurers and fighters of all sorts who's job it is to defeat as many monsters as they can and try to keep them out of the cities. Hunters exist in almost every city, but they often travel where needed, and can also be hired as escorts. They are the only people allowed to leave the cities without permission. Their headquarters is in Opharis, and they consists mostly of able-bodied youth or youth with powerful magic, though anyone who wants to help can sign up at their own risk. It's been mostly Hunters who have been victims of the disappearances. Many, but not all, of them believe that The Rebirth are responsible for the monsters and kidnappings, and are hostile towards the group.
